Ashaki means Bright Flower in the West African cultures, but this woman is anything but. Raised as the village beauty to be traded for cattle, Ashaki rejects this and strikes out on her own. She finds the tomb of the Cheetah King, a mighty ancient warrior, and takes his cheetah skin armor as her own, slaying a pack of cyber-hyenas that plagued her people’s flocks. Now accepted as a warrior, Ashaki roams the land as a sell sword. She’s silly, headstrong, sexy, pugnacious, and honorable; a more lighthearted Conan, and she’s one of my favorite #dnd5e characters that I play.
